Tech Aviation Flight School is a highly successful FAR Part 141 Flight School that operates from within the Saker Aviation AVP FBO. Federal Aviation Regulations Part 141 dictates the highest possible level of professionalism in flight training. Full time instructors are available seven days per week at all hours according to student needs. A fleet of trainer aircraft, maintained to the highest standards, is utilized for flight instruction.

Tech Aviation Flight School provides flight courses to meet every objective from initial private pilot training through instrument, commercial, and flight instructor certifications. Several of our flight school graduates have actually become flight instructors with our company.

 

Tech Aviation Flight School maintains an affiliation with both Marywood University and Luzerne County Community College.

Marywood University offers a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management- the only program in Pennsylvania and one of the first in the Northeastern United States. Students specialize in Aviation Management while earning a business degree. Tech Aviation Flight School is the sole provider of ground and flight instruction for the Marywood program.

Tech Aviation Flight School also provides flight and ground instruction for the two year Professional Pilot Program at Luzerne County Community College. A two year Aerospace/Aviation Management degree is also available. An articulation agreement exists between Marywood University and Luzerne County Community College. This agreement allows graduates of the Luzerne County Community College program to transfer all credits into the four year Marywood program.
